Specification Review
We review your enclosure requirements — dimensions, material, IP rating, internal layout, cutout positions, color, and quantity to develop a precise manufacturing specification.
Design & Drawing Approval
Our team prepares GA drawings with all dimensions, cutout details, mounting provisions, and hardware specifications for your review and approval before fabrication.
Sheet Metal Processing
CNC cutting, bending, punching, and forming operations on specified material — ensuring dimensional accuracy and clean edge quality throughout.
Welding & Assembly
TIG/MIG welding, grinding, and assembly of enclosure body — including doors, mounting plates, gland plates, and internal support structures.
Surface Treatment
Pre-treatment (degreasing, phosphating) followed by powder coating to specified RAL color, or alternative finishes (zinc plating, SS passivation) as required.
Hardware & Inspection
Installation of hinges, locks, handles, gaskets, cable glands, and accessories. Final dimensional inspection, IP rating verification, and cosmetic quality check.
Packaging & Delivery
Protective packaging to prevent transit damage. Delivery per agreed schedule — single units, batch shipments, or ongoing supply program as required.

What IP ratings can you achieve?
We manufacture enclosures from IP40 (indoor, basic protection) through IP66 (complete dust and water jet protection). IP rating is determined by gasket quality, closure mechanism, cable entry sealing, and overall construction integrity.
What materials do you work with?
Primary materials include: Mild Steel (CRCA — 1.2mm to 3mm, powder coated), Stainless Steel (SS304, SS316 — 1.5mm to 3mm), and Aluminum (various grades — for lightweight applications). Material selection depends on environment, IP requirement, and budget.
Can you match specific RAL colors?
Yes. We powder coat to any standard RAL color. For OEM clients, we maintain color consistency across batches using the same powder supplier and application parameters. Custom color matching is available for brand-specific requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no strict MOQ. We supply single prototype enclosures, small batches (5-50 units), and volume production (100-5000+ units). Pricing naturally reflects economies of scale for larger quantities.
Do you supply fully wired panels or just enclosures?
This division focuses on enclosure manufacturing (empty housings). However, through our Industrial Systems & Automation division, we can supply fully wired and tested control panels with PLC, VFD, and all internal components. Contact us for integrated panel solutions.
Can you provide enclosures for hazardous area (Ex) applications?
We can manufacture enclosures to hazardous area dimensional and material specifications. However, Ex certification (ATEX/IECEx) requires third-party certification of the complete assembly. We coordinate with certification bodies for such requirements.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard enclosures: 2-3 weeks. Custom enclosures: 3-5 weeks. Volume orders: 4-8 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. For OEM supply programs, we maintain buffer stock and can deliver on JIT basis.
Do you handle shipping across India?
Yes. We ship across India with proper protective packaging. For bulk orders, we arrange dedicated transport. Local Mumbai/Thane deliveries can be arranged within 1-2 days of completion.
