Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions About
Industrial Systems
What types of conveyor systems do you manufacture?
We manufacture hot end conveyors, neutral cold end conveyors, bottle transfer conveyors, single-line conveyors for packaging, inspection conveyors, and general material handling conveyor systems. Systems are designed for glass production lines, packaging operations, and general industrial applications.
What packaging automation do you offer?
We supply online and offline shrink wrapping machines (SWM), palletizer systems, and pallet shrink wrapping machines. These end-of-line automation systems improve packaging speed, ensure load stability, and reduce manual intervention — protecting products for transport and storage.
What types of annealing lehrs do you build?
We design and manufacture annealing lehrs for bottles & containers, decorating lehrs, annealing lehrs for vials, and float glass lehrs. Each lehr is engineered for controlled cooling, reduced internal stress, and consistent product quality on high-speed production lines.
What furnace types do you engineer?
We specialize in billet/bloom reheating furnaces (pusher type, walking hearth, walking beam), heat treatment furnaces (bogie hearth, chamber, conveyor, roller hearth), normalizing furnaces, tempering furnaces, continuous annealing furnaces, and bell/pit pot batch annealing furnaces.
What fuel types can your furnaces operate on?
Our furnaces are designed for multiple fuel types — heavy furnace oil (HFO), LDO, HSD, natural gas, LPG, propane, producer gas, blast furnace gas, and pulverized coal. Dual-fuel configurations are available for operational flexibility.
What recuperator types do you offer?
We offer 2-pass recuperators (medium heat duty), 4-pass recuperators (high heat duty), straight pipe recuperators (smaller capacities), and bent pipe recuperators (larger capacities) — available for furnace capacities from 2 TPH to 120 TPH. Recuperators recover waste flue gas heat to preheat combustion air, significantly reducing fuel consumption.
What charge pusher configurations are available?
We supply power screw type mechanical pushers (smaller furnaces), and hydraulic pushers in single-cylinder (1.5-6m charge), double-cylinder (3-6m), three-cylinder (9m), and four-cylinder (12m) configurations — complete with hydraulic power pack units.
Do you provide furnace automation?
Yes. We provide complete furnace automation systems including PLC-based control, SCADA visualization, burner management systems, temperature profiling, combustion optimization, and energy monitoring — ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent furnace operation.
