Our Process

How We Deliver

A disciplined, proven approach tailored for this division — from first conversation to long-term support.

01

Application Analysis

We study your forming/molding application in detail — material type, product geometry, tonnage requirements, cycle time targets, and production volume to determine optimal press specifications.

02

Press Configuration Design

Our engineers configure the press — frame type, tonnage, stroke, daylight, table size, hydraulic circuit, and control architecture tailored to your specific application.

03

Detailed Engineering & FEA

Complete structural analysis (FEA) of frame, bolster, and ram. Hydraulic schematic design, electrical layout, and safety system architecture.

04

Frame Fabrication & Machining

Heavy weldment fabrication with stress relieving. Precision CNC machining of guideways, platens, and mounting surfaces to tight tolerances.

05

Hydraulic & Electrical Assembly

Power unit assembly, manifold piping, cylinder installation, electrical panel wiring, sensor mounting, and safety device integration.

06

Factory Testing & Acceptance

Complete functional testing — pressure testing, stroke verification, parallelism checks, safety system validation, and customer witness FAT.

07

Installation, Commissioning & Training

Site installation, leveling, power connection, final commissioning with production tooling, operator training, and maintenance handover.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions About
Hydraulic Press Machines

What tonnage range can you manufacture?

We manufacture hydraulic presses from 50 tons to 2000+ tons capacity. Custom tonnage requirements beyond standard ranges can be engineered based on your specific application needs.

What frame types do you offer?

We manufacture C-frame, H-frame (4-column), straight-side, and custom frame configurations. Frame selection depends on tonnage, access requirements, tooling size, and application type.

Can you build presses with heated platens?

Yes. We supply presses with electrically heated platens, oil-heated platens, and steam-heated platens for compression molding, lamination, rubber curing, and other thermal forming applications. Temperature control is precise and uniform across the platen surface.

Do you provide tooling along with the press?

We can supply complete press-and-tooling packages for standard applications. For specialized tooling, we coordinate with tooling specialists to ensure perfect interface between press and die. Our presses are designed with standard tooling interface provisions.

What safety features are included?

All presses include comprehensive safety systems — light curtains, two-hand controls, mechanical/hydraulic safety blocks, guard interlocking, emergency stops, and safety-rated control circuits (Category 3 or 4 per EN ISO 13849). Safety is engineered from Day 1.

Can you retrofit or modernize existing presses?

Yes. We undertake hydraulic system upgrades, control system modernization (relay-to-PLC conversion), safety system retrofits, cylinder rebuilds, and performance optimization on existing presses regardless of original manufacturer.

What is the typical delivery time for a hydraulic press?

Standard presses: 10-16 weeks. Custom-engineered presses: 14-24 weeks depending on tonnage, complexity, and automation requirements. We provide confirmed timelines during the proposal stage.

Do you provide installation and commissioning?

Yes. We handle complete site installation including foundation interface, leveling, piping, power connection, commissioning, and operator training. Our service engineers remain on-site until the press is running production.
