Furnace Components
& Ancillary Equipment.
Critical furnace components and ancillary equipment — recuperators for heat recovery, charge pushers, hot billet ejectors, pinch roll assemblies, flue dampers, combustion equipment, and refractory materials. Available for furnace capacities from 2 TPH to 120 TPH.
Overview
Essential Components for Furnace Performance
A furnace is only as good as its components. Recuperators recover waste heat to dramatically reduce fuel consumption. Charge pushers and ejectors handle billets weighing up to 2400 kg. Flue dampers control furnace pressure. And proper refractories determine furnace life and thermal efficiency.
We manufacture and supply all critical furnace components — designed to work together as an integrated system or supplied individually as replacement parts for existing furnace installations. Components are available for the complete range of furnace capacities from 2 TPH to 120 TPH.

Our Range
Furnace Components We Supply
Complete range of furnace ancillary equipment — from heat recovery to material charging and discharge.
Recuperators — Heat Recovery Systems
Cross counter-flow metallic heat exchangers recovering waste flue gas heat to preheat combustion air — resulting in significant fuel savings. Fitted between furnace and chimney.
Charge Pushers — Billet Charging Systems
Hydraulic and mechanical billet charging pushers — pushing billets into the furnace with precise, controlled force.
Hot Billet Ejector Machines
Machines for discharging heated billets from the furnace — handling extreme temperatures and heavy loads.
Pinching Cum Pull-Out Roll Assembly
Used in combination with ejector machines where furnace chamber width exceeds 6 metres — ensuring reliable billet extraction.
Flue Dampers
Regulating flue gas movement and controlling furnace pressure — critical for consistent furnace operation and efficiency.
Refractories, Insulation & Combustion Equipment
Complete refractory systems, insulating materials, and combustion equipment for new furnaces and relining projects.

FAQs
Furnace Components FAQ
How much fuel can recuperators save?
Recuperators typically save 15-30% on fuel consumption by preheating combustion air using waste flue gas heat. Actual savings depend on furnace type, operating temperature, fuel type, and flue gas temperature. We provide thermal calculations during the proposal stage.
Can you supply components for furnaces made by other manufacturers?
Yes. We supply replacement components — pushers, ejectors, dampers, recuperators, and refractories — for existing furnaces regardless of original manufacturer. We survey your furnace and manufacture components to fit your specific installation.
What is the maximum billet weight your ejectors can handle?
Our heavy-duty double-drive ejector model handles billets up to 2400 kg and charge lengths up to 12 metres. For standard applications, we offer models for 600 kg and 1200 kg capacities.
Do you supply refractories for furnace relining?
Yes. We supply complete refractory packages for new furnaces and relining projects — including firebricks, castable refractories, ceramic fiber products, and insulation materials, along with installation guidance and supervision if required.
